This end of the month isn't like the usual ones; today is also my last day officially working for TechDivision. I'd like shout out a big Thank You for the time I could work at TechDivision as an employee. It has been the first company I've ever been employed at as a software developer and it couldn't have been a better fit.
The folks at TechDivision are a very open-minded and interesting personalities, way beyond what they do during work time. And they truly know how to party ;-) I'm glad that I always found someone who could challenge me and with whom I could discuss ideas; and I learned a lot about agile project management and teams. If you live in the Munich area and looking for a job, I wholeheartedly recommend to check their job offers.
TechDivision invested a huge amount of money into Neos and allowed Karsten and me to dedicate a lot of time to core development and evangelising Neos at conferences. Even for a big web agency like TechDivision this isn't a decision you take as an aside; it is a commitment.
Thank you TechDivision, it was a great ride!
